If you need detailed drawings with sizes and dimensions, you will be asked to pay a 10% design deposit which will be credited toward the purchase of your kitchen cabinets.

Terms on most projects are customarily 50% down, 50% upon completion. Alternatively, you can pay a 10% design deposit in advance (applicable to purchase of custom cabinets) and a 40% product deposit payable in advance. The balance would be payable at time of delivery and/or installation. There are no returns on custom cabinets, special orders and/or change orders and deposits are non-refundable. Some items may require payment in full at time of order. We do accept most major credit cards with a 3% fee. Checks or bank account ACH are best.

We do! We never sub-contract out the installation. We install all of our own cabinets to be sure it gets done right! The average kitchen installation takes 1-3 days and we always clean up after ourselves daily.

Yes! On your invoice you will see the installation as a separate charge. That is because installation labor is non-taxable. Find out more about our quality cabinet installation here.

Yes you will need knobs and/or pulls and NO they are not included in the price. Prices vary too much to quote an accurate cost for pulls and knobs. Although installation of knobs or pulls is part of our typical cabinet installation process, we reserve the right to charge extra to install hardware purchased elsewhere.

After installation is complete, your balance is due upon receipt of the invoice. (Typically the same day.) Your prompt payment is very appreciated by us, our employees, our vendors and the 100’s of local people your business helps employ.

Face Frame takes away from usable space in your kitchen. Frameless cabinet construction is a superior method for maximizing the space available within the same size footprint, while maximizing the access available to the objects that are stored by eliminating the obtrusion in front of your cabinets. Also, frameless cabinet construction requires a thick, strong back.

Cleanliness, superior organization, and better access to stored items are just a few good reasons Frameless cabinets are a better value.

You can read more about the benefits of Frameless cabinets and see pictures that show the difference in this article.

Yes! The man-made wood products used in our cabinets are certified safe and CARB (California Air Resources Board) compliant. We even offer materials which are certified to have No Added Urea Formaldehyde (NAUF). In other words, it contains only the formaldehyde that occurs “naturally” in the wood.

At Mandina’s Custom Cabinets, exposure to formaldehyde off-gassing is minimized further by using quality products and by “edge-banding” the exposed edges of the materials used in our cabinets, sealing in formaldehyde, glues or other products.

For more information about acceptable formaldehyde levels visit www.arb.ca.gov.

Francoise and I want to thank you for the great kitchen cabinets you created for our new home. Moving to a new community and renovating an existing kitchen can be stressful, but you and your team made it a breeze. We really loved how the natural finish turned out and all of the nice touches that make the cabinets fully functional as well as beautiful to look at.

Finally, you were easy to work with and had great suggestions. Feel free to use us as a reference on future projects.
